2. If you are ordering from the Chandler area, we offer free delivery. Please do not ask to come by and pick up orders, we are more than happy to deliver at your convenience. Please contact us to arrange delivery.

3. If you are not located in Chandler, AZ, we normally ship through the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process.

4. Bath Melts are not available for shipping from March through October due to the extreme Arizona temperatures. If we did mail them…you’d end up with a liquid bag of bath melts : ). We are happy to offer bath melts to our Chandler customers the entire year.

4. The Blue Gecko Candle Company never shares your name or other information with any other company or organization. All information is confidential.

5. The Blue Gecko Candle Company makes every effort to assure your package will arrive safely. We will not be held liable for damaged or lost packages. We highly recommend you purchase shipping insurance (available through the insurance button to your left).

6. We process all orders within 24 hours of receiving it. You may cancel your order within that 24 hour period. Orders not cancelled within 24 hours will be shipped as planned and no refund will be issued.

7. Due to the many fees incurred from our bank, we must require a return fee of $25.00 per cancelled check.

8. All Arizona residents are subject to 7.8% sales tax.

9. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you’re not sure about a certain scent, please order a smaller version of the scent (like a tart or smaller bar of soap, etc.)to make sure it is to your liking. PLEASE, check your order carefully prior to hitting the "submit order" button.
